Totally dude. I was just looking at them online and I wonder how legal they are?? Have you ever had any issues with yours? Where did you put your horns and airtank?? I don't want to give up my bed space.

I made a windsheild mount for my digital camera out of a Sirius radio mount and some random parts..... works good and didn't cost me anything

It's nothing that will get you hauled off to jail. Where I live it would be a citation for improper use of a horn. Just be smart about it... don't honk the same time/place everyday, look around before honking, you know... the basic common sense type stuff. It's harder to locate where the sound is coming from if you do it in shorter blasts. I put a foot switch on my air horns, that way I can honk them with both hands on my steering wheel. That way it isn't obvious. It helps if you can act like you are startled too, but that is hard to do when you are laughing.

I have not had any problems with my horns. Most people end up laughing about it after they get over the scare factor.

Both my horns and air tank are mounted on the frame rails on the driver side of my truck. I have a 3 gallon aluminum tank on the inside of the frame rail (between the gas tank and transfer case). I could have gone with a 5 gallon tank, but I didn't want to have the tank hanging below the frame rails. The 4 horns are mounted on the driver side on the outside of the frame rail (2 pointing forward, 2 pointing backward).

It's supposed to be dry this weekend... I'll try and crawl under the truck to get some pictures.

Sweet that would be awesome. I wouldn't use them except for like the truck shows and maybe a few idiots on the highway. But I think those horns are awesome.

Sweet! I didn't have anything I could cannibalize, so I ended up ordering a Panavise 809 mount. It's want too bad... ~20 bucks on Amazon.

i was wondering how illegal they are too, mine are just freight horns that any semi might use, i know train and ferry horns arent legal around here. i can see the improper use of horn thing though.

I'll have train horn one day, but for now the parts store air horns and a car alarms speaker will do. It definitely makes people look but it isn't loud enough.
