sway bar just keeps the truck level on corners. (or, at least, it tries to....) Check for slop in the various moving parts, ball joints, control arm bushings, etc. How are your shocks?

if it shakes most likely going to be either the wheelbearing or ball joints.

Track bar will cause some vibration and clunking in the steering while hitting bumps. sway bar end links are 30 bucks at napa, or just take the sway bar off completely. If you dont do any heavy hauling or towing you wont need it.

It only happens when i hit a bump at high speeds it causes the truck to shake villently to the point where it feels like the front end is bouncing like a basketball, it could be the front shocks but how can you tell if there bad or not, bushings on control arms seem to look ok and how can you tell if ball joints are bad they look the same as they always have

Just wondering by any chance have you ever put any stop leak in your tire ? or has your tire ever gone flat by any chance and got water in it.

If you do have fix a flat or water inside the tire, when you hit a bump it will knock loose inside the tire and it will throw off the balance of the tire and make it shake REALLY REALLY bad almost like a bucking bull. My 91 ram did it an i got a new set of tires and it stoped and never did it again.

Have the tires balanced and rotated.

I had the same exact problem on my 98 Ram.I had my cousin/mechanic check it out.It turns out it was my pitman arm.Not hard to replace and stopped shaking when I changed it.Hope it helps.
