Those just have a thin foam filter on them.... they are more about airflow, than cleaning the air. If you take your truck off-road, that thing is going to be woefully inadequate. Your engine is going to ingest all sorts of things it shouldn't.......

Yeah, but a good 14x3 is $20 more and with a paper filter it will stop much more dirt than that foam. Plus the 14x3 looks much cooler than a foam triangle.
i have M/T and I dont go off roading either. Theyre great for snow/mud/rain, and they look amazing.
+1 with purple. IndyRamMan had that filter, said his engine was much dirtier than when he ran a paper filter. Even if you went with a K&N oil filter on the 14x3 youll be stopping alot more dirt.

i dont remeber any arguement i never got into to the intake thing because i have one , but im looking for something diffrent because i need money cause im not working so i will sell the CAI for something cheaper to make $$$$$$$$$$$$$$
