I had the same problem and it was the switch itself

How did you clean the switches? I always use 220 grit emory cloth on the contact points. You can't take them apart, but you can put a strip between the contacts and sand the oxidation off. Cleaned the passenger side last summer, was out of 220 and ended up using 2000....talk about a long process. lol

I just went to the local pickandpull, and grabbed a new switch. well, new to me anyway.

let us know if it works. If it doesn't, I would take a glance at the wires behind the fuse panel. I have found that the power window wires can melt easily, in which case will cause a break in the wire somewhere.

yea i sanded each of the contacts down with sand paper. but how could the passenger side unlock it if the wires melted? wouldnt that blow the fuse? and if i got new switches, where do you disconnect and connect the new ones? i dont remember seeing a plug.
