Default throttle stickin'....and it's not a Toyota O.o

Alright, well a few weeks ago-a month ago I seafoamed the engine, and about a week later took the air cleaner off to put a 14x3 on, and while I had it off, Sprayed some carb/ choke cleaner on/in the throttle body, and wiped the butterflies/ ports off good with a rag n Qtips.

It seems ever since then, the throttle will get stuck at about 1k RPMs when I come to a stop, and push in the clutch. This mainly happens in the morning, before it warms up, when I go thru my neighborhood, and slow for the speed bumps, I'll hit the clutch, and if the rpms are lower than 1000 at that time, they'll go up to 1000 and sit there.
It does also happen more often, when I get off the interstate, or slow down from high speeds.

I've taken the aircleaner back off and checked around. I dont see anything (towel pieces/ carbon build up, etc), anywhere that would make it stick. It is the stock factory clutch/ transmission with 110k miles, and I haven't checked the tranny fluids yet. Haven't even looked up how to yet actually :S

Do you think I've messed something up with the seafoam/ carb cleaner, or do I need to have someone check out my clutch/ trans. The truck still shifts fine, and it only does this probably 20-30% of the time, when I slow to a stop, and engage the clutch. Sorry for the long post, but I appreciate any advice.

Possibly TPS, or IAC motor. If you can move the throttle freely by hand at the TB, that shouldn't be the problem. If you feel any binding there, you probably just found your trouble.

correct, i just cleaned the butterflies. Didn't remove anything but the air cleaner. And the throttle turns fine by hand, and from what I can see, it returns all the way back to its correct spot.

TPS or IAC then. Might be some junk in the IAC keeping it from closing correctly, might wanna take it out, and clean the bore.

Alright, suppose I can do that next weekend if that's the "bore" that I think I remember seeing. It is the one just above the butterflies on the throttle body that you are speaking of right??

Because I saw that, when I was cleaning, and I really couldn't get into it well while leaning over the top of the motor. Probably will require removal of the throttle body, I suppose

Had a thought a minute ago. When I slow, and the throttle gets stuck, a quick blip of the throttle fixes it everytime, so doubt it'd be a clutch issue. Agreed?

Mine dose the same thing when it is cold. after I let off the gas it will keep the rpm's up and than drop them back down to idle.

Yeah, but it doesn't return to normal idle. If I come to a complete stop, and say I'm in third gear when stopping, the RPMs drop to like 500 before I push the clutch in, right before I fully stop. When I engage the clutch, the RPMs go back up to 1k-1.1k RPMS, and they will stay like that until the light turns green. I have to blip the throttle real quick, and they'll get unstuck, and drop back down to 550 or so, where it normally is.
