Default Axle or bearing/spindle problem?

I have a 96 1500 4x4 with 33x12.50's and 4.56 gears in the differentials. When I'm going between 5-15 mph, there is a rattling noise coming from both front wheels. The lug nuts are all tight. When I look out the window when this is happening, it looks as if the wheel is slightly wobbling. One more thing, the camber on the front wheels is off pretty bad. At least enough where it is noticeable. It has solid axles since it's 4 wheel drive, so is this a bent axle problem, spindle/hub/bearing, or both? How can I check? Thanks.

I'm not a expert by any means, but i would think camber could cause wobbling but not the noise. my u-joint and wheel bearing was bad a week ago on my passenger front of my 94 4x4 and it caused a rattlin/clinin noise.

id jack it up and start moving parts and look for worn parts
