front axle problems
my truck been eating up those plastic bushings in the front end on the outer axle shaft and i causes a vibration and its really start to make me mad cause this will be the 2nd time in a month has anyone ever had this problem b4 and no what causes it theres new u joints wheel bearings new ring and pinion with new bearings and seals plus i even got new axles on the passenger side cause the first time this happen i though i had a bent one and the passenger side axle tube is leaking again if anyone has any info on this or has had this happen to them please help me out
There is an inner bearing on the passenger side as well. Did you replace that one?
Basically, what kills them is mis-alignment, or slop somewhere. Not to ignore lack of lubrication..... did you grease 'em up a bit when you installed them?

no i didn't replace that one but there is no play in the inner axle shaft what so ever and yea i put grease on both of the shafts and another question if i spin the driver side wheel is it normal to hear the spider gears spinning?
yes. the drivers side axle turns the side gear. in response, something else must turn - either the ring/pinion/drive shaft, or the spiders/passenger side inner axle. spiders offer less resistance, so they turn.
hey man im having the same problems did you ever fig anything out.. the only bushings/bearings that i could find is the little one that goes between the 2 pass axles and the one that knocks in on the left side of the cad?
yeah i replaced both axles on the pass. side and bought a new axle bushing and u joint and it took care of my vibration and hub because i bought a cheap one off ebay and it held the axle in to far and was wearing the bushing out within a couple hunderd miles so i bought a timkin hub because the cheap hub it messed up the axles where they went together
