Default Rim Help

I just purchased a 2001 Ram Off Road Edition, and im looking to put some new rims on but worried about the offset and how far they would stick out im mounting them on 35x12.50 here is a link to the rims if u could help and let me know how far they will stick out i would appreciate it THANKS There the first rims the ultra thunder blacks with -12 offset

im not an expert on anything but from i what i can tell, the offset is messured as the distance between the true center of the wheel and the hub mounting flange. On a rim where the flange is in the true center of the wheel it has a 0 offset. The offset is then messured in mm's either + or - depending on whether the flange is toward the outside of the rim or to the inside. This is where i get confused, I have a hard time remebering which way is which, this site should help u http://www.victoriatire.com/wheeltech.html

Not a hole lot. If you want them to stick out you need more back spacing but get ready to chew threw hubs.

I think those rims are only like a quarter inch difference in backspacing...... Hardly even noticeable.
