Default Going to look at this truck.

http://www.ksl.com/index.php?sid=0&n...iew&ad=2507484

Told him I'd give him $1500 for it, blue book value for good condition.
The guys said the steering was a little loose cause it was missing some pin in the steering column or something? Said he had paper work for it from the mechanic etc. Anything I should be aware of? Maybe its more expensive of a fix than i realize? He said it still drives fine. He works for comcast and said they gave him a company truck etc.

What do you guys think?

I was thinking I should probably try to talk him down more just cause of the dents and dings and steering, but theres a huge lack of dodge rams here.

I'd give him $1000 since it is a V6 in that condition.

id say 1000 too. no higher than 1200. what does the interior look like?

steering needs fixing, turn signal is busted, dents, V6, 2WD.

not bad mileage for a 99 though. good luck, will be a fun truck to drive and work on.

you can get the steering fixed for free from dealer (unless its out of date), its a recall, and they weld a piece in there to fix it...

and i agree, i wouldnt pay more than 1000 for that...

No freakin way haha, I bet he has no idea.

Well i got him down to 1300, so for around here thats a really good deal, just use the search for dodges on the site i showed you and youll see how much these idiots are asking. Its annoying. This state would **** you guys off.

Oh and im not sure about the interior, he said it was alright. But I plan on doing some reupholstering anyways.

Well it mustn't apply to mine, when I went in a couple months ago to get my build sheet she noticed I needed the recalled hood latch replaced, but that was the only recall she mentioned....
