Did you clean the drums with brake cleaner before installing them?
If you got new rotors (I assume that's what you mean by discs) then did you clean them before installing them?

yupper,everything was cleaned thoroughly with brake cleaner.plus put a new spring kit in the rear brakes.gonna pull them apart tomorrow and see if anything came loose.hopefully i dont need another new set of drums because the return time is up on those expensive suckers.

They probably just need 'cleaned up' a bit. Just have a couple thousandths taken off, and you should be golden.

ok,took drums off and everything is in place.no loose bits.checked the drums for round with my calipers, an holy crap damn things arn't round,sqaure but kind of oval.lol
friggin things must be made in china,gonna start buying only north american made parts from now on.this problem has been on going for over a month and now i gotta get these new drums turned,what a crock of poop!

For as long as I have been doing this kind of thing (30+ years.....) I NEVER trust a 'new' rotor/drum to be true. I always cut 'em a bit.... So far, I haven't been disappointed, or surprised.
Y'all Canadians need an American friend that can buy your parts for ya and ship them in plain boxes to save you some money, that is wrong how bad you get stuck when buying parts.

heres a prime example.front wheel bearing hubs here are about 300 bux,i can buy them from rock auto for around 160 bux.
