I can get front hub assemblies for about 140-150 here, with 1 yr warranty.... maybe you just need to shop around some more

I've been buying most of my chassis parts from (GASP!) one of our Ford dealerships... A friend of mine told me about them selling parts for other makes a couple years ago and their prices are much cheaper than the parts stores... They're good for stuff like wheel bearings, balljoints, tierods, brakes, etc

is that where your getting your hub bearings from?

yup got 3 of them for my truck so far... the first one I changed went out early on me but I got it exchanged for free under warranty. Been almost a year on these ones though and they're still good, even with my bad out of round tires

update:got the drums machined and everything put back together.brakes are real nice now,just like brand new again.
