It was easy. I've built a couple of Ram bumpers, and they are pretty simple. Measure from the back edge of the bumper, all the way around, and make 3in bends at the contours. Then adjust the angle of the frame members according to how steep of an angle you want on the skidplate. The second one I built (just recnetly actually) goes from the ends of the primary tube, back to the frame. This type of a bumper requires a boxed in frame by the way. The one pictured is attached to the frame in 4 places.

I laugh at anyone who bolts one of those road armor monstrosities or the like to the factory mounting points.
