New bumper any idea lets see some pictures
www.roadarmor.com lifetime warraty if u can break it, and trust me you wont, but it is a little costly.
I have one from http://winchready.com/ (click on there page, go to the bottom and youll see my truck in the customer appreciation)
anyway. yes they are pricey, but these guys have them pre built as opposed to most companies who make them to order, all you do is tell them what style guard you want and they weld it up, and either ship it to you bare metal, or send off for powdercoat if you pay extra, i called one day to order around noon, and it my pre runner bar was welded on, the bumper was sent to their paint warehouse and shipped out in less than 24 hours, i got it with everything i needed, got it on in NO time, and i think it looks great. and its tough as hell, ive rammed all kinds of things with it with no problems on the paint, lights or anything else. ( i did custom fab brakets to mount my KC daylighters to stick off the front and when they get hit THEY WILL break...) but as far as the lights in the buckets, theyre pretty protected....
its a beast of a bumper and i wouldnt go any other way, call up dixie and she will give you any info you need, shes very nice and helpful... and believe me you will WANT to stay away from Road Armour, and Alien patrol, those two companies and winch ready are all related in one messed up story ( go to pavement sucks and search for road armour or alien patrol and be ready to read) after i did my researching, dixie told me the story she claims to be the true one, now wether or not its is the true one i dont know, but i do know ive never seen a single complaint for winch ready bumpers and for the other 2, ive seen a 3:1 ratio of bad experiences to good ones.... JUST SAYIN, its alot of money you dont want to make a bad choice, i researched for a couple months before pulling the trigger...
Sorry for the ramble, bottom line, winch ready is a company you should heavily consider
heres some pics (more in my cardomain link)

not to mention when you are paying that much the company is covering there butt. What i am sayin is there is always people out there that if the bumper gets ripped off and hurts someone, they will sue you.
I built my own bumper but would never build one for anyone except really good friends for this reason.

Eric99ram just installed an all black OEM front bumper

imo, you'd get that upgraded effect without spending a ton of $$$$

Man, most of these bumpers are so overbuilt. The bumpers themselves are of a heavier duty then the frame itself is.
I'm rebuilding my Expy right now, and I've got a story. My bumper is made from 1 3/4 .120 tubing. When I was chasing a 1450 race last year I was doing about 80mph down San Felipe, I came up behind a truck in the dark, which was having electrical problems. It had no rear lights working, not even the dust light.
I Plowed into the back of him, he was doing about 50, I was doing 80.
He went off the course, and rolled, I had so much momentum I kept going straight down the course. Everyone was ok, but his truck was a loss. My bumper was completely unscathed. Just a dent in the plate. Keep in mind, the end of the frame is completley boxed in all the way back to the engine mounts. This was before I finished the engine cage, or put in the two vertical members above the skid plate.

Put a big plate bumper on a truck that doesn't have a boxed frame, you're asking for trouble in a real accident. It will destroy your frame worse than with a regular bumper.

Yea I have a close friend who is big on buidling motorcycles and trucks from ground up. I told him about the prices, and gave him some pictures. He said he could build me something that will be a lot stronger then what I would be buying at half the prices i'm seeing.
