Workin on a truck in flip flops??? hmmmmm I must be the crazy one that has to have steel toe boots on when I work on my truck. Or maybe it's because im a clutz. Looking good bud. You gonna do a writeup on how ya did it?? I know lifts are self explanatory but ya never know tips and tricks are always good.
How interesting...never saw anyone remove the bed to do a lift before, even with frozen bolts. I'd be tired too!
It would be a great way to clean the frame and paint it, so have fun!

I actually pieced a 5" kit together. I picked up all the stuff to lift the front from the junkyard for 200. It was all skyjacker and i bought rough country shocks and a skyjacker 4" aal. we had to pull the bed off cause we had to take the springs off cause the cheap skyjacker tie bolts stripped when i let the the pressure off the c clamps. We had to beat one out with sledge hammer and cut the other one out. im running 35" maxxis buckshots cause i got a deal on them for 630 mounted and balanced. And i do everything in flip flops in the summer lol. ill post some tips up when im done.
