Smile Happy Memorial Weekend

this weekend is the official "start" of summer. however, it is more than just another three day weekend, another day at the lake, another BBQ, or even another day at the ballpark. this weekend and the 31st is a day of reflection, prayer, mourning, and thanks. it is a time to be with our family and friends and enjoy the sacrifices so many men and women have allowed us to enjoy. sometime this weekend, take a moment (it doesn't need to be fancy and it can be however you like) to honor those who have given so much. hope yall will have nice weather to enjoy the cook outs and ball games! Happy Memorial Weekend!

Well I wish you a safe and speedy return. My best friend just got back from Iraq training in Arizona I think. Stay safe out there and hurry home.

I myself am a peacetime vet. I have a great deal of respect and appreciation for our men and women in uniform.

Thank you for your service, and your sacrifice.
