My ball joints were replaced 4.5 yrs ago by the used car dealer that I purchased my truck from, the upper left sealed boot is broken been greasing it with a needle grease valve to keep it greased, there is still no play in none of them, but the question is, should I leave it alone and keep greasing it, replace just that one, replace the 2 uppers or all of them?

 

If they ain't sloppy, leave 'em. Just keep 'em lubed good, and make sure to lube them after going thru water/mud/other nasty stuff.
