NTK or OEM is better.

I had mine unplugged for a while and got nothing. (on my 1996 5.2 4x4 auto).

Changing an 02 sensor will not get you a jump in 5 MPG. a 15% increase is considered a good increase...sadly that is only about 1.6 MPG.

You drive a truck, and an old one that was built in 1996 when gas prices were about 1.10 per gallon. The sticker on my 1996 ram said "14 city, 16 HWY" and you know that is BS.
12 PMG is very good for your truck and it will not get any better without $$$$ with the mods I listed in my previous post.

In Tx I cant take the cat off.. But I did replace the stock muffler with a 40 series flowmaster.. Its kinda got this problem... When you put it into drive, give it gas it seems like it lurches.. and then starts going. I am thinking replacing the pre-cat 02 sensor will help. Especially with how badly my plenum was blown..

I have not heard much about the quality of bosch o2 sensors. I have, on the other hand, heard MANY bad things about their spark plugs. I've been told by many customers at work (Advance Auto Parts), as well as many people I know who work at various shops throughout the city (Lentz, Muffler Man, etc.), and even a tow truck driver I know who owns his own shop, that bosch spark plugs are some of the worst spark plugs you can buy. I know that just because one of their products is of poor quality doesn't mean all of their products must be of poor quality, but I still don't trust them. I would go with NGK.
