Default Bent suspension?

So the other day i noticed that my spring on my front drivers side is a little crooked. Well it looks like it has been knocked out of place from some rough driving. From looking at it i think i just need to take it all apart and replace the spring and re-align everything, i don't think anything else looks messed up?
Any advice?

Yeah, something needs to happen there..... Disconnect the front sway bar, and the shock on that side, and jack the truck up with the jack on the frame... see if it is just out of place, or if something broke.

looks like it came out of the cup and got wedged on the shock. might have come unseated during full droop of the suspension. might want to pull it out and see if the spring is warped, how long has is been like this? has it been driving funny? rattling, sqeaking or pulling to one side?

Holly sh**! Yeah that is not right. Would be a good time for a leveling kit while you have it all apart

Yeah it's a little messed up, lol. It's been like this for a couple weeks, but i stopped driving it once i realized how bad it was. It wasn't really making any strange noises when i was driving it. I'm thinking i'll replace springs, shocks and buy a leveling kit. I'll get the hbs kit, but where should i buy springs from?

go on to national tire and wheel. they have a 2.5 in kit with block for the rear SPRINGS up front and new shocks for 270 bucks shipped... that way you get a lift too :P

this is why im gonna put my sway bar back on, instead of leaving it off like i have been . I could see this happening to me, good luck and be carful with that spring so it doesnt fly out and mess ya up when you tear into it.
