flowmaster 40 series for sure bro. i love it, sound great and i have got alot of compliments on it. nice deep rumble, not much crackle. but i also have mine dumped off in from of the rear axle pointed at the ground so the sound bounces off the ground and gives an added deepness to it. as far as the cat goes, ur not gonna get much from a new one really, would be better off savin your money and just guttin the one you have. as far as cold air intake goes, k&n,airaid,or afe are all good but id make sure you get one with a air filter housing so it blocks the heat. oh and one more thing on the exhaust if you do run it out the back, dont go bigger than 3" pipe, but you can get whatever size tip.other good added hp you can get is a programmer, just a thought.

actually dont use synthetic oil...it leaves a baked crust on the internal parts....unless you add detergents to the oil....

change the plenum, get a tuner to run 93, shift kit, exhaust, CAI, and you'll be golden

Just curious where you heard it leaves a baked on crust? Did it happen to you? Isolated incident?

yes, theres a thread on it.

synthetic is used for newer vehicles, our trucks are made for conventional..has to do with detergents and such.

It's in the faq section, very interesting. Looks like I will be switching back to Valvoline max life next change.
