Default Cherry Bomb vs Flowmaster

---These two seem to be the biggest names in performance exhaust on this forum, so gimme your opinions on which do you prefer and why.---

For me, i'm kind of in the middle right now, i want something new for my truck, and can't decide whether to get the infamous Cherry bomb glasspack, or the mighty Flowmaster Original 40.

most people will probably tell you to spend the extra money for the flowmaster, but I have a cherrybomb glasspack on mine, and it sounds just as good as my buddies 01 with a flowmaster....

I probably woulda went with something different, just because I've used cbombs in the past and figured a change would be nice, but this one was a kinda last minute purchase. I went in to get the needed pieces to install a stainless gibson dual in/dual out but decided to just get the cherrybomb for the time being. It's been on there for a year now and I like it.

i have cherrybomb extreme and love it its a single chamber muffler, as the flowmaster is 40 series and is a 2 chamber

also of people call it blowmaster because there not made for performance and rust out.

I like flowmaster. I have a original 40 on it right now but it's a single and I want dual so sometime later I'll be redoing the exhaust with a super 40.

AeroTurbine baby!!! Best muffler I've ever had. Only know of one other person on DF with it, and he has a Dakota. Sounds sick, loud, and its a straight-through design. All stainless. Mines dumped and has a tendency to set off car alarms lol. Not that it's too loud, just very deep. Basically, it's a unique muffler with a unique tone. I had a flowmaster before, but didn't like it. I don't have any experience with Cherrybomb...

It will give it a deeper tone but will also cause more interior noise. Personally i like hearing my exhaust
