it looks like its the side brackets to me. its really easy. just remove the 8 torx screws on the bottom plastic piece, crawl under neath it push out all the white clips, (be careful not to break any.) remove the plastic pieces, then remove the 6 bolts and straighten the two side brackets. it looks like they need to be bent up.

its easy.
loosen all the 18 mm bolts on the brackets and braces. there's a LOT of them. when you get them ALL loose, the bumper will move around a couple of inches in all directions.
put a floor jack or something under the bumper to keep it level.
move it around and get it aligned.
snug ALL the bolts.
retorque.

Either this method will work or your bumper/brackets are bent... and the body shop you used should be out of work about right now.

Haha no they are still in business. They do really good work but like jason said, they probably didn't take any notice to it being like that seeing as how it was like that before they put a new one on. Thanks for the replies guys I'm going outside to tinker with it now.

Do that and you will get it back aligned! Your bumper is out of alignment evenly on both sides. This is a simple adjustment that I have made numerous times and there is enough forgiveness in the adjustment to take care of what you are having issues with.

Since we are on the subject about bent up bumpers, I am gonna brag about my bumper here for a second (kinda hard to do with Dodge bumpers, but anyway).
The wife (and I, as I was riding with her) had a brain fart while she was backing out of the driveway the other day... and she backed directly into the front of my truck. To make the story short and sweet, her Yukon is now in the shop for a repair to the tune of just over $4400. My bumper? Well, all I had to do is loosen a few of the bumper bolts, realign, and wallah... looks good as new.
