Default FYI: Wittrans.com

Hey all,

Just wanted to let everyone know that I decided to go with wittrans.com to get my governor pressure solenoid and transducer. I ordered them online after not being able to get ahold of them on email or phone. Was told they had good prices and have been used before.

They are a headache. I have not received an email confirmation yet (like the checkout said I would get). The transaction has already gone through my bank. We will see if the parts actually show up....

When I dealt with them, they were absolutely great. I ordered 3 times and each time I got an e-mail receipt from them. As a matter of fact, they called me because one item was on back order and they wanted to know if I wanted to modify my order. Did you make sure the email receipts aren't going into your junk mail folder? What time are you calling? Are you taking in account the time difference? Also, when you order on line, after you check out, they give you a chance to print out your own receipt. I got my order 3 days after I ordered it. They were very professional with me. I'd do business with them in a heart beat. As a matter of fact, I'm gonna order a lot of filters from them since there $3 a piece.

I call at various hours. Morning/afternoon. Im in Central time now, so calling morning/afternoon should get them. Also, I have left 2 voicemails and an email and NOTHIN. Never got that email receipt either. I checked junk emails too....I dont know whats goin on...

I got my parts in the mail today, so I will say their service is really quick and good. I ordered them late last friday night and had them today! Same parts that were at the Dodge dealership, only LOTS cheaper!

BUT, I will still say I am not a fan of their non-existant customer service.

Not only did you get the RIGHT parts you needed ASAP, but you got them pretty CHEAP...and you live in Alaska. What else do you want from them? A refund.

Im in Missouri for training. I would have liked to get the confirmation email and a tracking number, so I wasn't so clueless as to when they would get here, or if they would get here. Pretty much sucks when you cant get ahold of a company that has a good rep. Customer service says a lot about a company. If they cant return a phone call or email, it makes me think they dont give a **** about their customers.

Im happy I got my parts, but started wondering if they had just taken my money and were shut down due to the economy. Props to prompt delivery. Below par on answering customer questions.
