I agree.Do the block and heads high temp black enamel and the intake Hemi orange.Then top it off with Mopar Performance wrinkle black valve covers and a 14X3 Mopar air cleaner.As for the "ghetto" look you could go with florescent green EVERYTHING......even the hoses and belts and don't bother masking anything because at that point it's already FUBARed .Sorry couldnt resist..

use that bright metallic silver over all and paint "beer" in black across the top of the kegger

it is only ghetto if it starts chipping.

I would go Black or Silver. Silver would look better.

Oh, and good job taking out "performance racing chip" from your signature.

here is what i did with mine, everything in black except the fuel rails and alt. an used some red wire loom to help the theme a bit.

Looks, good but what did you use to clean the parts before painting. What kind of engine degreaser and I heard brake cleaner works pretty good too.

Also, how did you paint the alternator. Did you take the shell off or just paint the whole thing?

I'mold school in my way of thinking and this is just my opinion but I'd have them sand blasted real good and leave it at that.
