ok guys so my question is will the 2500 hd calipers bolt right up?? i think i could possibly already have the ld ones because they are dual piston.

Thanks a lot for the info!! redheadhunter 21 good call on the lines from summit!! I ordered a set this morning. @ Heyyou.. you said you went with the ld 2500 calipers, that was for the 94-95 if I'm understanding you correctly??

With the single caliper trucks 94-99 you match your year on the parts....so if you have a 97 get calipers from a 97 2500. LD or HD dont matter most go with the LD ones becuase they make a difference yet dont cause more excess pedal drop before braking

Buckslayer got nothing for you as you already have dual piston calipers and I havent messed with them

Make sure you get some quality pads when you do this, your going to need pads for the 2500 calipers as they are a tad larger

try steel lines. It was a MAJOR upgrade to my motorcycle that only had 10,000 miles. Im getting ready to do it to my truck in the next few weekends

the set from summit of russell lines only says a set of 3? that confused me.
