01 Ram headlight ques.
I finally got the dodge truck i have longed for for years. I tried to connect driving lights, only to find that all the lines going to the headlight bulbs are hot even with the truck off, and key out.
I guess I am older generation not used to the modern wiirng systems. Any advice? I like the the driving lights to be on only with the high beams and my fogs to be on with low and/or parking lights. I plan on using relays for both seperate systems. Thanks in advance! Donald (Saintdog1)

Dodge seems to like to have a circuit constantly powered, with switches providing the ground. No clue why...... Just hook the grounds for your driving lights into the high beam ground circuit.
Better yet, have the ground for the relay controlling your driving lights hooked into that circuit.
