Default I'm sick and tired of my truck

Scenario:
1998 2500HD 360 gas 5 spd 4x4 150k mis. I have just about totally rebuilt the front end in the last 15k mis. I've had it to 3 alignment shops (best in the area) and a frame shop. Also 2 new steer boxes and borgeson steer shaft. This truck wanders left to right with no rhyme or reason. At one point a shop had it minimal, but was still there. It's now coming back again each week getting worse. Pulling my trailer is a nightmare.
Doesn't matter what wheels and tires, I've had 3 sets of each starting with OEM set. Back in 96 I bought a brand new 2500 just like this one and it never did this.

Please tell me this is something somebody has seen or heard of, otherwise this truck is gone.

Whether or not the alignment shops are the best in the area doesn't indicate whether or not they actually understand steering geometry. See http://dodgeram.org/tech/specs/00_steer_specs.html for some valuable information that might save you from unloading the truck unnecessarily.

Replace all the bushings, and check the steering column.

I took mine off completely. It doesn't do jack but make extra noise over bumps.
