Well, I suppose the "01" part of his nick is just a bit too obvious.... So, I am going to take an educated guess here, and suggest that he probably does indeed have the electronic part.... trouble is, I am not even sure you can SEE the damn thing, without taking the dash apart..... service procedure to replace it, first step is "Remove heater duct assembly from vehicle."

Nothing like making these guys easy to work on eh?
