I will have to try this kit. I tried a cheap Turtle Wax kit that came with little squares of sandpaper and I think it made my lights look worse, all scratched and cloudy.

I did it by variable speed buffer withh wool pad because it it much faster, unless you need the exercise.

Just get the bottle, shake it up really good and go to town. Take the headlights off first, or tape everything around it.

Brasso has abrasives and that is the only thing that does the work.

It is a tip I learned in military school. We used to use it to buff deep scratches out of CDs and DVDs. We used elbow grease for them.

The hotter it gets, the faster it will work (just like polishing metal). YOu can use a drill and a pad as well.

we did that to my buddy's van. little elbow grease and it worked great. althought a drill buffer might be better

I used a cheap $5 bottle of Blue Magic Headlight Restore. After a couple of uses and some hard scrubbin, they look great.

McGuires makes a product called Plastix I think that does very well with this.
