Default Wheel question

Ok so my tires are 33x12.50R16.5,
So what size should the rims on my truck be?
16.5x6.75, 16.5x8.25, 16.5x9.75 or 16.5x12?

Probably be best to just measure 'em. May not even have to take the wheels off to do so. Are they stock?

No the wheels are aftermarket from the last owner,
But i figured a 12.5 inch wide tire will need a wide wheel

It would fit on a range of widths. Only way to be sure, is to measure. What kind of shape are your tires in? Planning on replacing them at the same time? If so, then current size is pretty much irrelevant. Get what ya want, that will fit. (make sure it fits before spending though.)

If you want to stick with your current tires, any 16.5 rim, that meets the tire manufacturers recommendations on width, and will physically fit (correct offset/backspacing) will work for ya.

just go to your local tire shop, they are the experts on what will fit on the rims.

Your best off with the two middle sizes, vs the other two if it was me I would go with the 9.75 wide rim when looking at rims you can talk to someone and make sure that your not going to have a problem
