Entirely possible. It might just be a 'pinch hold' type of thing.... or, there might be something on the door that holds it in place. If you have the new one, peel off the old one, and stick the new one on there..... If it doesn't look like it is going to want to stay in place, call LMC, and see what they have to say.....

There is always the Super Trim Adhesive.......

it just slips on there, when i was trying to break into my truck, the old one just came off and slipped right back on
