Exclamation Problem with new spectre intake?

ok so far since ive had my dodge i have kept the stock cold air intake so today i got a new dodge spectre cold air intake but when i put it on, the hose that connected to the old one is on the wrong side. do i have to buy a longer hose or is there a way i can flip it to the other side?

my hose has fallen off while driving and my never noticed it so you should be good, when I got a new intake for my truck i did the same went to autozone with old hose and got a new section that was long enough and never even trimmed it

you can also just install its own breather filter on it if you wanted too. but yea you can make it there, its still gonna draw air in. just might have to keep it idled up.

? cant you just turn the aluminium tube around 180 degrees? I can with my cai. You sure it isnt on the wrong way? Doesnt make much sense that they would make them that way?

Are you sure it's installed right? It should be going to the passenger side of the engine bay. That's weird they would make the breather hose on the opposite side unless it's just a generic CAI for any vehicle.

I had the same problem, I took the section of the hose to O'reillys and got a longer one, it was about $2 or $3.
