I don't think there is a valve body gasket on these transmission.

I think the only thing that falls out, is a spring on one of the accumulators?

These would be some good questions for MonteC's trans thread. Might even find answers in there, granted, it IS 40 something pages.....

thanks i'll check it out. The probelm i'm having is that the truck will jerk around 50 and 55mph sometimes faster and the when i come to a light it will stall. It starts back up immediately but its just weird. The truck could be running fine and when that happens it stalls at a stop. Do you think i'm right looking in the right place? solenoids? or are my problems bigger? The truck pulls no codes and the computer has been rest twice. Also for good faith i changed ths TPS. Any suggestions?

Default Step by step

I tired your link (Thank You) I get a system Administration error stating I don't have rights. I hate to ask someone to hold my hand, but can someone email the steps.
Thanks and if I can ever repay the favor.

You didn't say witch solenoids you are replacing. I guessing it's the governor pressure sensor & solenoid. Here is a video, It's fairly simple to do.

Make sure your ignition system is sound(good cap-rotor wires plugs). Have you done your plenum gasket yet? The stalling issue when coming to a stop could be the iac starting to go. A weak battery or bad connection can also cause problems.
