On a spindle lift, assuming 4x2? I don't think the 15" rims will work with a spindle lift......

Really? I have 33x12.5x15 set up and there pretty offset... My buddy said the same thing why is that?

You are moving the spindle down, effectively... which is going to bring the top side of the rim closer to the upper ball joint. Reducing backspacing on the rims would certainly be an option here, but, keep in mind, that by moving the tire further out, you are changing the way the bearing supports the load, and not really in a good way. Gonna lead to bearings failing more often than they really should. If you can switch over to the "old" style brake rotors/spindles, that had separate, tapered, roller bearings, (assuming 2 wheel drive here) would take care of the issue pretty much completely.

So since my rims are already offset, if I throw some like 1" spacers in there, think I could clear the spindle?

You would have to bolt things up, and see where you were at. Gonna be a custom config.
