Not that I can determine. The FSM never even mentions the diesel engines. All they talk about is the gassers.
Diesel fuel is quite as "volatile" as gasoline though. (doesn't evaporate as easily), so, for the diesel engines, it simply may not be necessary, or, the gubbermint hasn't gotten around to regulating it yet.
