Cool V6 anyone?

OK I'm new to the forum. I have a 2001 3.9 reg cab. I just put a new brain in it and replaced the solenoid in the trans, replaced the tb cable. I will need the internal clutches replaced in the trans because the f@#$&^ who had the truck b4 me rigged the tb cable with bailing wire????? I cleaned the tb today and will need to do the plenum fix. Not too many posts on 3.9L. Are most of th e mods and fixes on here good for the V6? Nobody laugh! I may never be able to post a burn out vid but I love my truck!!!

did the V6's have the plenum problem too? I thought it was just the 318 and 360 V8's that suffered this problem

Yes, any modern magnum engine in this particular generation will have the plenum problem.

Welcome aboard!
Most things that work on the 8s & 10s will work on your 6 just may not give as good a result
