and these are just a couple of the things that you KNOW are going on, just imagine what's out there on the roads, especially in states/provinces that have no yearly inspections

Hey states with no inspections rock and I have seen some really messed up stuff on the road but havent heard many stories involving one of these vehicles in a accident, mostly just idiots that dont know how to drive

That's because they do their horrid mods, and immediately take them off road, to "see how well it works"...... and end up with the greasy side up.
