Awesome dhvaughan, I was hoping someone would plug a site that was cheaper. I'll look up everything later when I have more time.

Well here you go Sheriff. This was the response to an email I sent them a few weeks ago.

Package price is $479.99 plus shipping to you for gears/masters.Thanks,PORC

That was 4.56 front and rear!

Edit: I also should add, that is 4.56 THICK cut gears for the front. With thick cut you do not need to change the carrier.

Performanceoffroadcenter (PORC). That is the price they qouted me.

Here's a tip for you... if you join pirate4x4 you don't even have to post just sign up go to their gear vendors and click on PORC. Then send them an email with what you are looking for they will take like an additional 5% off of that price!

sorry max, I come on here every night (normally) but don't post to much. I wish I could've gotten you this link when you were ordering, would've saved some money.

unfortunately, porc's web site is not very good -- but, they are a good place. give them a call and let em know what all you want, and ask a lot of questions and give them a chance to give you a total package price. i think you'll like it. last time i talked them was awhile back, but Alex was the guru. they're mostly a jeep type shop, but they carry, or can get, all the same parts that we use. they're good guys, located in the north atlanta suburbs, and state on their web site that they will be the best price. i bought a powertrax noslip from them for about $50 less than anywhere else.

no personal experience, but they can also install anything they sell.

I just called PORC and was quoted $1118 for Yukon gears + install kits and a Detroit TrueTrac. Then something like $989 for their brand of gears + install kits with the Detroit.

He said that their gears are the exact same gears that Yukon uses and that Yukon doesn't do anything to their gears but repackage them.

He said that they hate Pirate4x4 because they suck and there's a good chance that you'll get charged more just for mentioning that site. I got the price quote before asking about the pirate discount.

He also said that they can't send an email with a price quote because they discourage price shopping.

Hmm... I dunno if I want to deal with them.

I just called complete offroad and they quoted me 1200ish, might have been 1213 or 14 or something for Yukon gears + Yukon install kits + 3.92 and up carrier + Detroit TrueTrac LSD with free shipping.
He said that the spider gears are interchangeable between the two carriers.

PORC has certainly developed a bad reputation over at pirate4x4.
http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=606915

i've bought a couple of things from them and had a good experience both times. so, i don't know. it does look like there are only a couple of companies that actually manufacture gears. i'll try to find out some more about that.

i don't know, but advertising or emailing reduced pricing might be a violation of this selling agreement.

And you listed them why?

At least completeoffroad.com called me and told me that the locker was on back order and asked if I wanted to wait to ship the order or ship what they have.
