GEARS! Need confirmation on parts list.
I am going to get some gears and a traction aid and I need to know if I have everything I need in this list. Also, Is the True Trac really the way to go? I've heard mixed reviews of Detroit lockers for pavement pounders so I'm thinking True Trac for the rear.

I have an open carrier for the front if you want that. I bough it from a member on here a little while ago but I changed my mind on it. You are going to need spider gears for that front carrier.
You do know they have a kit option on there site you just have to say you want yukon rear(which I forgot to do).

One reason I went with the trutac is you don't need that attive in the rear diff so its just a simple dump and refill.

Yeah, you pretty much got it covered... I went with an Auburn Gear LSD in both my 2nd and 3rd Gen trucks. My old man was a mechanic and a track guy in his younger days and raved the Auburn. Of course there was no such thing as a TruTrak in his day, only lockers from Detroit.
They work fine, but I have found thru research that for off-road situations the Tru-Trak would be a little better and for the street/strip the Auburn would be a bit better due to the clutches "grabbing" faster than the gears reacting in the DTT.
Even though I bought mine for off-road use, the Auburn has been just fine. Grabs when I need it and I don't even know it's in there when I don't. I don't buy into the clutch packs wearing deal, I had just shy of 70k on my 2nd gen Auburn when I traded and it worked every bit as good as the day it went in.
That said, if you got the extra cash and it's a 4x4, go with the DTT...

I have no idea its just how things work out. When I got my stuff it was all in its own boxes. I was expecting thing to be all taped together or something like that.
Speaking off all this I need to call the shop soon and see how they are making out. They have had the truck since last night.

Auburn Performance Series has a bias of 2.5:1, whereas the DTT is about 2.8:1, more than sufficient enough to peel both.
All the "track" guys go for the Auburn Pro series though, with a bias of about 3.5:1, but up that high, it acts more like a locker and isn't very "streetable"...
