Both are right.
ON 4WD Though It's actually 43mm, but most here use one of the following.
I used a 1 3/4...
1 11/16 may need to be tapped on it's a little snug.
Is it 2wd or 4wd?

1 11/16 needs to be put on, then rotated a little bit if it doesn't go on all the way and tried again, and again until it goes all the way on the nut.
That socket is 6$ at tractor supply if you have one near you.

Yea, 1 11/16, $15-$20 at sears. But as sheriff said, just needs to be rotated to get the socket to fit over the nut.

On my 01' Ram 1500 2WD the hub nut size is 1-3/8".35mm will also work if you have only metric sizes.Socket fit snug and I was able to torque to spec without any issues.
