Like others have said unless you got a ton of money to drop on the parts and the skill to pull it off then id just sell your truck and buy a 4x4.

i have done a solid axle swap several times, its alot of work, but not a crazy amount. but you have to really know what you are doing, otherwise it will be a very long project.

everyone is assuming that you are going to run the factory suspension set up that the 4x4 runs IF you do the swap. you dont have to do that, you can run ford super duty leaf springs and that is very easy compared to track bar four link and coils. none of the mounts are there on your frame.

if you are going to do it i can help you alot and send you alot of pics and whatnot, but i would highly recommed just getting a 4x4 model.
