It doesnt seem to be anything major but when i make left hand turns i can feel something pressing against my foot on the floor board. its not steady pressure but it kinda pops the bottom of my foot. any ideas?

no it wouldnt be the cab mount LMAO!
check your steering collum and look underneath ur driver side, lay on the ground an crawl up underneath it an push the truck up in down to rock it, to see where the noise may be coming from. idk it was just a thought but i know it isnt your cab mounts, because if it was it u would hear it when u make right turns aswell. but idk man, wait till the sun comes up an take a look at her. like i said i may be wrong, but who knows.

Or your ammo rolling around under your seat.
Or the control arm bushings.
