What size alternator came on the trucks with the off road package ?.

That will be on your build sheet as well. Anywhere from 90 to 136.

My 2000 Ram 1500 extended cab 4x4 does not have the off road package, but it does have a 136 amp alternator, that is according to the build sheet.
