They are worth it if you have pretty much done every bolt on (see my sig) and 109 dollars would be the CHEAPEST mod you could do at that point (like me).

I found good results, but I also have a MSD box AND coil, 4 hole injectors, SCT tuner and 1.7 roller rockers.

I would not recommend them with a stock setup that you have.
