Default help identify transmission please

Good evening,
I have a 94 Ram 1500 with a 5.2 and I believe the transmission and/or converter are wrong. I notice when fixing broken motor mount bolts the converter had only 3 of 4 bolts installed. I found the coverter will not match the flex disc because the coverter has one offset hole. Is that a 5.9 converter, it has two square weights on the shell? Can anyone tell me the year and type the tranny is the numbers are:PK52118307 1742 2335. Will the 5.2 converter fit that tranny if I replace it? What year range of converter should I buy, I know they are supposed to be lock up.
Please let me know.
Thanks,
Scott

Should be a 46RH trans. As for the converter, I am not sure (still..) if there are differences between the 5.2, and 5.9 versions. Call someplace like TCI, and ask 'em.

One member one here had the same problem with the bolt not matching up. It ended up being that the previous owner installed the wrong flexplate.

Thanks for the replies,
I was wondering how to tell if it is 46RH from the numbers, I have seen the number question asked several times, but have not seen a breakdown of how the numbers work to identify model and year. I have been searching past posts and internet with no luck.
I did find a post showing the 5.2 and 5.9 used 46RH and that makes me think the converter will swap?
I believe the converter is the part that is wrong because I think the 5.9 has the offset hole. I put two bolts in, took them out and turned converter one hole and put two bolts in, then took them out again until third try only one of two bolts went in . I left the flywheel alone during this process.
I am interested in more input though.
Thanks,
Scott
