Default Ford step side bed on our Rams?

Has anyone else heard of this swap? my bed is pretty banged up. I've though of just repairing it, but thought that this swap would make my truck unique in this area. I imagine the bolt hole patterns are different, but what else would have to be done? rewiring the taillights, anything special there? or with the filler neck?

I have seen a few dodges with mid 90's Chevy step sides. Some conversion company in Texas offered them I believe. Anything can be done with the right amount of money and time.

There is actually a guy on here with one, I will see if I can find it.

Here you go

I think the Ford stepside would look good, but it would have to be a 97-03 stepside, not the previous body stepsides as they are a bit too boxy for the curves of the Ram.

The Hide-N-Side bed in that link looks a lot like the inspiration for the Ram Box on the 4th gens..

Dakota, good point, I almost forgot they sort of wrapped around the cab up at the front.
