Im trying to get the new piston rings on the piston right now and im about to throw everything away.

The probleme is that the oil through piston ring on the bottom of the piston seems to be to big, its wider that the groove on the piston but there are small little notches that make it that wide.

I have looked for easy ways to get them on but cant seem to find the probleme.



Ihave the heads fully assembled and i put new cam bearings in last night so all i need to do is get the rings on and pistons installed.

I think the spacer goes in first, and then the thin rings fit onto it. Or some such.
