Did you also install new o2 sensors?

No I figured if it threw a code for the 1st one I would replace it. I talked to a coworker today who used to be a sales guy and and mechanic for ford and chevy, he said either injectors or o2 sensors start with sensors cause they're cheaper.

What does your temp gauge say? If the ONLY change you made, was the y-pipe, did you do the non-fouler trick on the rear O2?

according to the gauges and pcm scan nothing is wrong. I bought the stuff to do the non fouler trick but it's only for the cel and there isn't one.

Am I just being stupid... I always thought there were 2 front/before cat o2 sensors (one for each bank)??

Ignore me, I have found the answer on a similar thread.

Both banks enter the front of a single CAT... this is where the upstream O2 is, and the downstreams O2 is in the back of the CAT or the pipe just after the CAT.
