I got a motor out of a 98 obd2 thats going in my 95 1500 thats obd1 And on my stick motor it has a egr valve on it on the 98 it dont will this cause a issue i also got the wiring harness for the 98 help

Use your intake, exhaust manifolds, and the EGR pipe from the passenger manifold, to the intake. The 98 intake will also be missing one of the coolant temp sensors you need.

Pull the engine first, then work on getting the parts you need from it off. MUCH easier working on it where you can get to everything easily.
