Default Hit 202,000 miles on 96' 2500 Ram

I hit 202,000 miles on my Ram, still runs great, just a few problems, loose steering- replaced trac bar, ball joints, and shocks, i tightened the steering gear box but its still loose, would replacing tie rods help a lot? My other issue is the cracked dash, been looking at junk yards for em, but no luck so far... any suggestions besides a carpet pad?

There are two adjustments on the steering box, one of them is fair easy on the truck, the other one is a LOT easier with the box removed.

Grab a friend, and have them rock the steering wheel back and forth just to the point of where they feel resistance, while you look at the moving parts, and see which ones are moving too much.

I have heard rumors that our trucks don't really like the bosch sensors..... NGK I think is the manufacturer of choice..... would be interesting to see the data, and what the sensor is reporting to the PCM...
