Here is a good thread about heads and cam on a budget: THey used stock RT heads which are not that much better than the heads you have. It had 60 ft lbs more RWtq than a hemi and only 20 less RWHP.

But, if you want to go STRAIGHT HP, I would get the hughes top end kit.

THat will put you way over any hemi on the road in terms of HP and TQ

How is your self control?
If you were willing, you could rebuild your own bulletproof trans for less than what Dr. Evil Charges. That and "secrets we won't reveal" makes me a tad nervous.
I am hoping your 4500 horsepower was a misprint.
You would need to do some serious massaging, and a very custom tune, to crank 450 horses out of any motor. (short of a big block, or, go with some variety of forced induction......) In a truck, you are going to have your power band in the WRONG place.
If you just want to race it, that would be ok. If you actually want to be able to DRIVE it, and USE it as a TRUCK, you are going to be sadly disappointed.

I would go this route:
1. Plenum kit and intake bolts from hughes (125 hughes)
2. 1.7 roller rockers instead of a camshaft (harland sharp) (350 summit)
3. 2.02 Valve Iron Ram heads from hughes (999)
4. SCT from hemifever
5. JBA titanium ceramic coated headers
6. MSD box and coil
7. Tune up (Cap, rotor, plugs, wires)
8. Fastman Throttle body (230 from www.thefastman.com) 52MM if you have a 5.9 and don't tow. 50MM if you have a 5.9 and tow. I run a 50MM on my 5.9.
All I need from that list is the heads. I have to put on my headers that I ordered.
I am actually very happy with what I have. Do things slowly. Take 1-2 years to complete everything. I owned a 1996 5.2 from 2004-2008. Owned my current 2ndgen from 2008-present. In all those years, all i have done is what you see in my sig. So take your time.
Unless you have cash lying around for if/when things go wrong. But if you are building an engine and criossing your fingers that your tranny holds....that is a GAMBLE.
